  4. Can I return the phone I have on rental? Yes, the rented phone can be returned at any time for any reason. In the event the phone is returned in good clean working condition with all supplied accessories fair wear and tear accepted the only outstanding amount would be any overdue rental repayments. If the mobile phone is damaged additional fees will apply.
  5. Does my mobile phone rental come with free delivery? Deliver is offered at no additional cost within our service area.
  6. What do I do if something goes wrong with phone I rented? Contact us straight away and we can organise the repair process for you. We collect the item from you and get it repaired and return it to you. In the event you have broken the phone, please contact us so we can get it assessed to see if it is repairable. We can organise for broken phones to be repaired but additional fees to cover the cost of the repair will apply.
  7. Cost: Renting is significantly more expensive over the long run when compared to purchasing outright. But customers may find renting more convenient for several reasons, like no upfront cost, weekly or fortnightly repayments, customer care for the duration of the agreement, free delivery and installation.     3. Can you get other styles? Yes, we can get other styles of bedroom furniture, if you can show us a picture of the style you are after we can see if we can source a similar model.
    4. Can you take my old bedroom furniture away? Unfortunately, we are unable to take your old furniture away.

    6. Which mattress rental should I choose? We have three product ranges for you to choose from: Sapphire, Serenity and Harmony. Harmony is a good choice for a spare room or a young child’s room. We suggest this mattress for young children as it is a lot lower than Serenity and Sapphire which are reasonably tall mattresses due to the 8cm thick pillowtop. The Sapphire and the Serenity are recommended for adult’s bedrooms, the difference between these models is the materials used in the pillowtop, the Sapphire is dearer as it has memory gel in the pillowtop.
    7. I no longer need the rental bedroom furniture; can I return it? Yes, the rental furniture can be returned at any time for any reason. So long as it is in good, clean condition fair wear and tear accepted the only outstanding cost would be any overdue rental repayments. If the rental items are damaged or soiled additional fees will apply.

  1. What types of lounges are available for rental? We offer corner lounges (with and without sofa bed), sofas and recliner suites
  2. Are we able to rent other styles of lounges other than what is shown on our website? Yes, please contact us to discuss your requirements
  3. Are the furniture rentals brand new? All our rental products are brand new unless otherwise stated.
  4. Will it fit in your lounge room? Please consider whether the lounge you are looking at renting is going to fit in your lounge room. Our website lists the dimensions of the lounge in the product description. Measuring your room and selecting an appropriately sized lounge will save disappointment on your delivery day.
  5. What do I do if something goes wrong with the lounge? If the lounge you are renting breaks, please contact us straight away and we will organise repairs. Please get this done asap as continuing to use the lounge after it starts having issues could cause further damage.
  6. What if I don’t like the lounge I have rented? As with all our rental products the lounge can be returned at any time so long as it is in good clean condition fair wear and tear accepted.
  7. My old lounge is too heavy for me to move, can you help me remove it from my lounge room? Yes, we can help you remove you lounge and place it somewhere else that is out of the way.
  8. Can you take my old lounge away as we don’t need it anymore? Unfortunately, we are unable to take away your old furniture or appliances.
  9. Will you assemble my furniture for me on delivery? Yes, we assemble all our rental furniture and take away all the packaging.

  1. How much washing does your family do? We have a range rental washing machines and dryers to choose from depending on your requirements. From small washing machines to large family sized washing machines. Even if you are single or a couple you may benefit from a larger machine if you like to wash blankets and other heavy items. If you do a lot of washing a larger washing machine is likely to be more convenient cutting down on the number of loads required to wash all your laundry, saving time, power and water.
  2. How much space do you have in your laundry? If you are limited on space, you may find renting a front load washing machine and dryer to be convenient. In this situation the dryer can often be stacked on top of the washing machine. If you have limited mobility, consider whether loading and unloading the front load washing machine will cause you any trouble.
  3. How often do you use your dryer? Tumble dryers consume a lot of electricity. If using daily a heat pump clothes dryer may save you a significant amount of money on power. However, this style of dryer is significantly dearer. So, a tumble dryer is worth considering if only used occasionally but a heat pump dryer is worth considering if used often. A tumble dryer also requires good ventilation as it pumps hot humid air into the room while drying. A heat pump dryer does not pump hot air into the room so requires less ventilation.
  4. Are the rental appliances brand new? All our rental products are brand new unless otherwise stated.
  5. My old washing machine is heavy and I’m not sure how to disconnect it: We can disconnect your old appliance and remove it from the laundry for you. We can place it outside in a location which is out of the way.
  6. Can you take my old appliance away? Unfortunately, we cannot take your old appliance away.
  7. Does my rental washing machine or dryer come with insurance? No, our rental products do not come with insurance, they are in your home at your risk. We strongly recommend that our customers have contents insurance with fusion and accidental breakage cover. 
  8. If something goes wrong with my washing machine or dryer rental product, what do I do? Contact your store asap, we can offer technical assistance and if required organise repairs. We can often provide a loan unit while your product is awaiting repairs.
  9. What if I no longer need the washing machine or dryer I have been renting? The rental washing machine or dryer can be returned at any time for any reason.   1. How much storage does your family require? We have a large range of rental fridges in stock available for immediate delivery. Whether you are considering renting a fridge to upgrade the refrigerator in your kitchen or require a second fridge for use as a drink’s fridge, we should have something in stock to suit your needs.   2. How much space do you have? We have listed the dimensions of each of our rental fridges in the product description section of each product. Please measure your fridge space height, width and depth. Generally, depth isn’t too much of an issue unless the kitchen is small or there is an island bench, wall or oven that the door may hit when open. When measuring the width measure the top, middle and bottom as the walls in your fridge area particularly in old houses may not be straight, also take into consideration any skirting boards that may be around the bottom perimeter. Please keep in mind refrigerators do need ventilation room around them, ideally at least 2cm per side and at the top. The reason for this space is the refrigerator while it is cooling will generate heat. If this heat is not able to get away it will make your refrigerator less efficient.
  3. How will I get my old fridge out of my home? Our delivery team will be able to (so long as it can be done safely) disconnect and remove your old refrigerator from your kitchen and place it in a convenient position (generally outside) for you at no additional cost.
  4. Can you take my old fridge away? Unfortunately, we are unable to take your fridge away for you and dispose of it.
  5. Do you deliver? We offer delivery and installation of our rental refrigerators within our service area at no additional cost. Our service area is generally 100km from either of our two stores (within QLD, we do not travel into NSW).
  6. My refrigerator has just died, how quickly can you get a rental refrigerator to me? We appreciate refrigerators are one of the most crucial appliances in the house. If you notify us that you are without a working refrigerator, we will do our best to get your application processed and if approved delivered same or following day. Please contact us and we can check stock availability of your desired fridge rental and let you know how quickly we could get there.
  7. Are the rental refrigerators brand new? All our rental products are brand new unless otherwise stated.
  8. Does my rental fridge come with insurance? Our rental fridges and other items available for rent do not come with insurance. The rental fridge is in your home at your risk. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged the rental contract will continue and the repayments will still need to be paid. We may be able to offer some assistance, but this is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend that all customers have contents insurance with accidental damage and fusion cover and if the item is portable like a rental phone, camera, tablet, laptop have it added to the policy as a portable item.

What do I do if something goes wrong with the fridge I have on rental?  Contact us straight away, we can provide technical assistance and if your product requires repairs, we will organise this for you. We can also provide a loan unit while your rental fridge is awaiting repairs. As the rental refrigerators are brand new and under warranty the manufacturer will repair the product free of charge. In the event of warranty repair the manufacturer will in most cases also provide compensation for spoilt food. To quantify the amount of lost food, please photograph the spoilt food before disposing of it.

  3. How long after I am approved will I get delivery of my rental computer?  Laptop rentals are generally available within 2 business days, desktop PC rentals take a little longer as they are built to order, they are generally available for delivery within 4 business days.
  4. Does my rental computer come with insurance? Our rental computers and other items available for rent do not come with insurance. The rental product is in your home at your risk. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged the rental contract will continue and the repayments will still need to be paid. We may be able to offer some assistance, but this is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend that all customers have contents insurance with accidental damage and fusion cover and if the item is portable like a rental phone, camera, tablet, laptop have it added to the policy as a portable item. 
  5. Who do I contact if something goes wrong with my rental computer? Contact your store, they will be able to offer you over the phone and or onsite technical assistance. If your computer needs warranty repairs, we will organise them for you.
  6. If I no longer need the laptop or desktop computer rental, can I return it? Yes, you can return your rental product and cancel your rental agreement. Assuming the product is returned undamaged in good clean condition, fair wear and tear accepted the only outstanding amount would be any overdue rental repayments.   7. Can you set up the rental Desktop computer for me? Our delivery drivers can do a basic set up and can take away all the packaging for you.
