Question 1:      How long do I need to rent for?

Answer:                 Contracts can be over 12 or 24 months.

 

Question 2:      How do I apply?

Answer:                 Applications can be made online, over the phone or in store.

 

Question 3:      How much do I have to pay up front?

Answer:                 We don't require any deposit and installation of your new product is free.

 

Question 4:     What do I need to apply?

Answer:                a. You will require photo ID plus one other form of ID.

                              b. Last two payslips or current income statement from Centrelink.

                              c. Last 8 weeks of bank statements or transaction history from your bank account.

                              d. Name and Phone Number of three personal references .

 

Question 5:    How do I make my rental payments?

Answer:               Rental payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly by direct debit or if you receive

                             a Centrelink entitlement Centrepay may be available.

 

Question 6.    What if I want to purchase the rental product before the end of the contract ?

Answer:               You may make an offer to purchase the goods. We may accept or decline that offer at our

                             absolute discretion.

 

Question 7:    What will happen at the end of my Contract?

Answer:               Once the final payment has been received by us, the goods will be yours.

 

Question 8:    What areas do we currently service?

Answer:               We currently service all area's within a 100km radius of either of our two stores (Beenleigh  

                             and Morayfield in Queensland)
